Policies

1. All events must end by 10:00 pm.

2. All music must be turned down by 9:00 pm.

3. You are required to use our licensed and insured bar service.

4. The party is responsible for all damages to the park. One-day event insurance is required at a cost of around $150 for a $500,000.00 General Liability policy for any accidents or damages that may occur. We will provide you with the information on this insurance.

5. The party must be responsible for all guests and understand the release of all claims on Paradise Gardens, their employees and families.

6. Paradise Gardens is not responsible for acts of nature in the park during events.

7. Paradise Gardens is not responsible for lost items in the bride's room or anywhere on the premises. Please assign a member of the party to keep track of things.

8. Ample parking will be provided for all events at the West end of the park. Handicapped parking is located on the Southwest side of the park. Absolutely no parking will be permitted on the streets adjacent to property. Surface streets must remain clear of traffic entering and exiting the park during and after events.

9. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times.

10. All rentals must be picked up by 9:00 am the following morning or the party will be charged $500 per hour. Rental of the park is by the day.

11. Decorations are allowed in the park and can be put up 2 hours prior to the event. The party is responsible for cleaning up ALL decorations. Birdseed is allowed. Please NO Rice. No colored rose petals are allowed for the ceremony isle way.

12. You may purchase additional hours for your event at the rate of $500.00 per hour. Please be advised that the additional time does not include wait staff or bar service. Those services would result in additional charges.

13. All food service must be provided by one of Paradise Gardens licensed and insured caterers on our approved list. Additional caterers may be approved if licensed and insured.

14. All bar service has to be provided by Bar Works, our licensed and insured beverage caterer. Bar Service included in our package is a four-hour service. No outside alcohol of any kind may be brought on to Paradise Gardens’ property. In the event that outside alcohol is brought on to the property, you will forfeit your $500.00 refundable cleaning deposit and Paradise Gardens reserves the right to shut down the bar.
